WHEAT GRIST

Produced from soft wheat, characterized by a large particle size. Grist can be used for making porridges, as well as an additive for the production of elite breads, incl. dietary.

SEMOLINA

It is produced from soft wheat. Contains a lot of starch (up to 70%), protein (up to 12%), fats (1%) and very little fiber (0.4%). Contains many useful minerals, primarily iron, as well as potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium. It is rich in vitamins B1, B2, PP.
